12-hour smoked cuts of meat are nurtured to drooling perfection in our 1.5 tonne, custom-built smokers with flavours imparted from West Coast Manuka and Beech and fruit woods sourced from Central Otago.

We often smoke -  Smoked Brisket, Boston Butt, Pork Ribs, Pork Brisket, Beef Ribs, Texas Jerk Chicken, House Made Sausage, Buffalo Wings and our homemade authentic American BBQ sauce and sides.  

Platters change depending on whats smoking.
