12-hour smoked cuts of meat are nurtured to drooling perfection in our 1.5 tonne, custom-built smoker with flavours imparted from West Coast Manuka and Beech and fruit woods sourced from Central Otago.

Indulge in Smoked Brisket, Boston Butt, Pork Ribs, Beef Ribs, Texas Jerk Chicken, House Made Sausage, Buffalo Wings and our homemade authentic American BBQ sauce and sides.  Plus new to the menu our ridiculously good burgers and sandwiches (Austin Midnight/Southern Fried Chicken Waffle Sandwich)
